Reuniu-se a Edilidade no Plenário do Legislativo Municipal de Santa Izabel do Pará, sito a Avenida Valentim José Ferreira nº 1320, bairro Nova Brasília, neste Município, sob a presidência do Vereador Ricardo Luiz Amaral Santos, o qual fez a Verificação do quórum para a abertura dos Trabalhos Legislativos, havendo o quórum, o Presidente deu por aberta a Sessão Ordinária em nome de Deus.
